Guldagergaard on a snowy day

On Sunday I went to Guldagergaard to give a talk about my work to the current "Network" group (the 2nd of the 3 groups of the 2011/2012 winter season).
On Monday afternoon I took part in the first Board Meeting of the new year as Vice-Chairman.
Monday was a brilliantly sunny day, the light in the house intensified by the snow on the ground outside.

Two large pots, thrown by Sverre Tveito Holmen in 2001 as part of the Denmark/South Africa project, and decorated by participants, stand in the hallway.

Looking into the office: Akio Takamori's Reading Girl peacefully waiting for the courtyard where she is to be installed (in Dianalund Library) to be ready.

Beautiful woodstack - the work of Paul Reid

"Network" participants, from Denmark, USA, Japan, England, Israel and Russia were working hard in the studios. I will attribute their finished works when their exhibition opens in the Apple House Gallery next week.
