Exhibiting in Maryland in March!


Here are the details of the three exhibitions in Maryland which I am taking part in this spring.

"Denmark Clay: Imagery and Emotion in Ceramic Art" 
Priscilla Mouritzen and Sten Lykke Madsen
Hodsen Gallery, Hood College, Frederick Maryland.
Reception: March 19th  6pm - 7pm, evening lecture 7pm
Workshop/Course March 20th - 21st

At the Washington County Art Museum, Hagerstown I have been invited to participate in the exhibition "Hand Thrown: The Fine Art of Pinched and Coiled Ceramics" curated by Joyce Michaud. Opening Sunday 28th March 2.30 - 3.30.

And finally an exhibition and workshop at Howard County Community College in Columbia, Maryland. The exhibition here is called "Refined Naivity" The Ceramic Art of Sten Lykke Madsen and Priscilla Mouritzen. It is open from the 27th February, with reception and gallery talk on the 18th March 5pm - 7pm.

Now the work has to be packed up and sent off!

Thanks so much for posting these details! Hood College is about 15 minutes from my house, and Hagerstown is only about 30 minutes. How wonderful that your pieces will be so convenient to appreciate!!
