Firing starts
The kiln is packed and the doors are being bricked up - I am taking the 2am - 8am shift so am going to sleep now - at 9.30pm.

I think I've read about that kiln. Was it built by Olsen? It's a double cross draft right? Thanks for adding me in your sidebar. Happy stoking.

Thanks! I haven't put any pictures of my work pre-firing because I think unfired pots all look the same....
But I have one tall, porcelain,coiled and pinched piece I have great expectations of...
